INTENT ABSTRACT SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before 4 d\u00e9cembre 2022, <\/strong>les auteurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u2019intention<\/strong> des communications  propos\u00e9es (2000  caract\u00e8res  maximum, sans<\/p>\n\n\n\n

espaces) \u00e0 l\u2019adresse e-mail du colloque<\/strong>. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants may only submit one presentation as first contributing author.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intent abstracts will be subject to a review process by the scientific committee and the authors will be notified by January 10, 2023<\/b> about the status of their submission.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SOUMISSION DES RESUMES ETENDUS<\/strong>  ET LEUR PUBLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the authors had been notified whether their short (intent) abstracts have been accepted or not, the first author is expected to submit the extended abstract (3 to 4 <\/strong> <\/strong>pages maximum<\/strong>, according to the instructions which will be available on the conference website) by February 26, 2023<\/strong>. The extended abstract will be subject to a reviewing process by the scientific committee. Once the extended abstracts being accepted and confirmed, the contributing authors are kindly asked to pay the registration fees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All extended abstracts accepted by the scientific committee will be published in the Conference Proceedings<\/em>.  Des informations compl\u00e9mentaires seront fournies ult\u00e9rieurement. The final text, validated by the scientific committee, shall be published only if the first contributing author pays the registration fee by the specified deadline<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Non membre de l\u2019AIC : <\/strong>2<\/strong>9<\/strong>0 <\/strong>\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– \u00c9tudiant, membre des PAMNC* : 120 <\/strong>\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Personne accompagnante : 100 <\/strong>\u20ac<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* PAMNC – pays \u00e0 monnaie non convertible (voir la liste sur le site de la conf\u00e9rence)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Romanian participants will be able to pay in RON, according to the Romania\u2019s National Bank exchange rate on the day of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants wanting to benefit from the discount as an AIC member<\/strong>, are kindly invited to pay their AIC membership fees first, directly to the AIC treasurer (valerie.bonnardot@univ-rennes2.fr<\/a><\/em>)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration fee<\/strong> permettent l\u2019acc\u00e8s au colloque et comprennent : les documents des congressistes, les pauses caf\u00e9 (5), les repas de midi (3) et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux \u00e9v\u00e8nements sociaux (\u00e0 l\u2019exception du d\u00eener de gala et  de l\u2019excursion post-colloque).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les frais des personnes accompagnantes couvrent <\/strong>l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux pauses caf\u00e9 (5) et aux repas de midi (3) et aux \u00e9v\u00e8nements sociaux (\u00e0 l\u2019exception du d\u00eener de gala et  de l\u2019excursion post-colloque). Les personnes accompagnantes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par le d\u00eener de gala et l\u2019excursion devront \u00eatre mentionn\u00e9es dans le formulaire d’inscription et payer les frais correspondants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les frais d\u2019inscription \u00e0 r\u00e9gler par virement bancaire par chaque personne participant au colloque.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
