December 11, 2022 : Deadline extension for receipt of intent abstracts
December 4, 2022 : Deadline for receipt of intent abstracts
January 10, 2023 : Notification to the authors about the accepted intent abstracts
February 26, 2023 : Deadline for submitting extended abstracts and grant/allowance applications
April 28, 2023: Deadline to submit revised and validated extended abstracts (in case corrections have been requested by the reviewers)
April 30, 2023 : Notification to the first contributing author about the accepted extended abstracts
May 12, 2023 : Deadline for paying registration fees to participate in the conference and ensure inclusion of extended abstracts in the conference proceedings Conference Proceedings
July 3 - 5, 2023 : Conference with scientific sessions
July 6 - 7, 2023 : Post-conference scientific and tourist field-trip
