Romania is a member of the European Union, but it does not belong to the Schengen Area. Participants from countries who need a visa to enter Romania are kindly asked to see the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.mae.ro/en/node/2035) and contact the nearest Romanian Embassy or Consulate, for detailed information on visa requirement.

The conference participants are solely responsible to obtain a valid entry visa to Romania. Please be aware that all the information given is likely to be transmitted to the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The organizers have no financial responsibilities and will not provide any written guarantee of cost coverage to participants. They do not undertake to obtain visas on behalf of participants. The organizers will provide, upon request, letters of invitation necessary for visa applications, certifying acceptance of the scientific work proposed for the conference.
